Ordered flowers for my dad’s graveside service. They didn’t get there until after the service & everyone was gone. The bouquet was supposed to have a ribbon that said ‘dad & grandpa’ but it wasn’t on there. Very disappointed & upset. The flowers were from the family & it hurt that they weren’t there for his service.

After I looked into this, I found that your flowers left our Pendleton location at 8:08am on Friday. They were delivered sometime between 8:08am and 9:54am, an hour before the viewing. Might want to do a better job with employing safer drivers as one almost caused an accident flying through the roundabout at smith valley. Never shopped here and ever will now.
Big mistake kn e getting a "new girl "!! Did not follow what I had asked for . I requested bright flowers since my deceased body friend loved colors. Requested several times Ordered for my daughter and I. Cost $166.00 They placed flowers close together and so so muted colors . All pale to white . NO CILOR . SENT PIC TO MY DAUGHTER SHE WAS SO DISSAPOINTED .I WAS ALSO. Would never order again. .
I had a really negative experience here when purchasing flowers for my wedding. I asked for 100% peonies. They showed up with roses mixed in and then took flowers that I had ordered in bulk (not through them) to complete my bouquets with no offer of compensation or refund for the flowers. The florist said to me “all peonies would’ve been really expensive”. Why didn’t he tell me that when I ordered?? I had a huge budget for flowers, I would’ve paid for what I wanted. I was really disappointed in the service and the attitude.
Awful experience. Would never recommend. Everything was wrong. He was rude and would not wear a mask while speaking to me.
Flowers delivered were EXACTLY as pictured. Bouquet was fresh. Delivery was prompt. Recipient was delighted. What more could a client ask for?

My flowers at my grandfathers funeral were perfect! They were exactly what I wanted, but I didn’t even explain what I wanted. It was a very large arrangement for the price I paid. Other arrangements at the service were smaller and cost more than what I paid. Everyone commented on the arrangement. I’m happy I chose Steve’s flowers!
