This was my second visit from you. My first was several years ago when you repaired a water line and put in a new commode. This week William replaced my Hot Water Heater and added some Grab Bars in my bathroom also repair the drain on/off in the tub. I have been home a few weeks after a trip to the Hospital and with the virus going around, William came with mask , gloves and sanitizer to clean up after the repair work was finished to keep me safe. The plumber, William, was very professional, thorough, and conscientious. He efficiently took care of our plumbing issues, and I appreciated his carefulness in wearing a mask and foot covers, as well as disinfecting the area he worked on.
