The technician was very prompt in arrival and quick to diagnose the situation. He had to get a second technician to assist since there was so much water to clean up and they were both very thorough and efficient in repairing and putting everything back the way they found it. As Tim always states, his technicians wear shoe covers and did the entire time they were in the home. Very nice touch!
