A hot water leak started under my slab. Mr. York was very professional in diagnosing and detecting the leak and advising me of my options. I'll have more to add after the leak is repaired. The price seems a little high but I don't have anything to compare. I do feel safe with Mr. York doing or supervising the work. Still studying options.

He found a problem that had been plaguing us for years. He ran the cutter through the pipe and opened the drain. Then went to work with the camera to see what the problem was. It was roots. This company was so professional. The very 1st person I spoke to arranged the time. Then he said he'd give a call 45 min's ahead to let me know they were coming. The plumber who arrived with his protective slipper's and tools assessed the problem, gave me a price. Which I agreed upon. He went to work. We were able to use our washer that day. He even gave us a tip on keeping drains clean. He sawed iron pipe, replaced pipe, even put in a hole which would in future allow us to snake the drain. I signed Contracts, one was... read more
