RecommendedWe had a leak in out attic late at night. We managed to get Ray from Southaven Water to stop the leak. However, that was just the beginning. The next morning Mark with Stewart Plumbing arrived at a little after eight. In addition to the leak, we had a bad water heater. Mark was very professional and worked really hard all day and we had hot water about 5 o'clock. I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services. Thank you again, Mark, we really appreciate your time and expertise.
Tim Fancher was assigned the task of removing my main bathroom shower in preparation of a new installation. He arrived at the appointed time and was very neat and courteous. His work ethic was extraordinary and I consider him an expert at his craft. I called Monday evening to schedule an appt for Saturday and was told I would be the first appt of the day. Plumber should have been to my home by 9 am or so. A little after 10:30am I called and was told that my "confirmed" appt was only entered in the notes and the dispatcher must have thought I was open all day and could rearrange the appt time. I explained the problem to Travis and he was very helpful until the technician was able to get to my house. Travis called to let me know that the service technician was on the way. Mike came in and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. I had a water leak from the air conditioner line. The leak messed up my wainscot and the carpet. He explained what he was doing and the leak was repaired. Mike went over and above the call of duty. I would use this company again. They provided excellent service.
We found floor damage a week ago and assumed it was a leak somewhere. Unfortunately, we had a prepaid vacation which was scheduled to start in less than a week. We called detection companies and a plumber in to help us find it. Apparently, it was one which no one anyone on earth could find. And we were running out of time.
