What impressed me the most was the fact that several weeks later, they called to check on us and to make sure that we were satisfied with the product and service they provided. Called to give ETA, was timely, explained next steps and options and worked quickly. This company seems to be "old school", meaning they care about and treat their customers like they did years ago...hard to find that kind of service these days.
