This past summer we had a water heater replaced by Stewart Plumbing. It was a wonderful experience. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. What impressed me the most was the fact that several weeks later, they called to check on us and to make sure that we were satisfied with the product and service they provided. In today’s world, real customer service is in short supply. It’s nice to know that there are companies that not only want to earn your business but keep your business. Office staff was very professional and courteous. Apt was made for same day. Representative (Raymond) was prompt, courteous and professional. Called to give ETA, was timely, explained next steps and options and worked quickly. This company seems to be "old school", meaning they care about and treat their customers like they did years ago...hard to find that kind of service these days.
I am completely confident that Stewart Plumbing will get the job done on time and the work will be excellent. The workers are pleasant.

From the first conversation with Veronica on the phone this was the best experience with a plumbing group I have ever had. I dealt Josh, Michael G as well as Tim the owner on the mess at my home. Everyone at Stewart was professional, courteous and seemed to actually care that the job was completed correctly and quickly. I can not say enough about how great this group was to work with.
