Shane Johnson was our technician. As it turns out we had a water leak in the pipes in our slab. He did an excellent job of diagnosing and explaining both the testing process, the problem and the plan to resolve the problem. During the whole house repiping he did an oustanding job of explaining the work to be done each day and then the work that was completed and the plan for the following day. He stayed ahead of schedule and was very patient and thorough in answering all of our questions. The work done was exceptional. ... read more

William was very knowledgeable and explained every detail regarding the installation of my kitchen plumbing, including garbage disposal, and my new Toto toilet. He made sure I understood how to operate everything correctly, and care for things properly. William and Colton were very professional and provided the highest of quality service.
