I explained the problem to Travis and he was very helpful until the technician was able to get to my house. Travis called to let me know that the service technician was on the way. Mike came in and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. I had a water leak from the air conditioner line. The leak messed up my wainscot and the carpet. He explained what he was doing and the leak was repaired. Mike went over and above the call of duty. I would use this company again. They provided excellent service.

We found floor damage a week ago and assumed it was a leak somewhere. Unfortunately, we had a prepaid vacation which was scheduled to start in less than a week. We called detection companies and a plumber in to help us find it. Apparently, it was one which no one anyone on earth could find. And we were running out of time.
