Expensive!! My dog had an ear infection and I’ve never not had a vet at least put the medicine in/on my pet while they’re at the office. Then I have to pay again in 2 weeks to see if the infection is gone and pay for the test again and visit fee. Seems like it’s the same issue it should be included. Especially since they charge an arm and a leg!

I called early this morning at 3:30am and left a voicemail, and I even called them back and all the phone did was ring and ring for 4 minutes. I know they might have been “busy”, but there is 3 people sitting at the desk when you walk in. So, anyways My mom passed away, her vet she used St. Croix Animal hospital has since closed. Stillwater Veterinary Clinic is the worst vet in MN! They told me they they would have results of my dog to see if he had an infection to be able to give me meds. I went to the car and they locked me out. I came back in and the reception said there wasn’t any bacteria. They called me to come in the morning and said he did have bacteria and to come in to pick up meds. I called and complained to Vet. R. I have been coming here for over 35 years. They have always been more expensive than a lot of other clinics around. I paid it because of the quality of the veterinarian Services provided. Now it seems there is a lot of turn over with the staff, and quite a few younger vets with less experience. So, I think it is time to find a new provider. Spays and neuters are over priced, office calls are up to $62 per visit. Something is wrong when you have that much turnover with professional staff. I will be shopping for a new cl... read more
