I have been coming here for over 35 years. They have always been more expensive than a lot of other clinics around. I paid it because of the quality of the veterinarian Services provided. Now it seems there is a lot of turn over with the staff, and quite a few younger vets with less experience. So, I think it is time to find a new provider. Brought Zeus in for his anal glands. When I called and made the appointment with Jess (employee) I asked how much a office visit was she said $62. I oh that's high she said yea but if you get antibiotics the office visit is waived. So I was like that's fair. Most drugs are 60+ get here today Zeus has an infection he gets drugs n his glands expressed. $130 was my bill I was charged for the office visit n when I questioned it they made a scene at the front desk. I am afraid you have the wrong clinic... we do not have an employee by that name and those are not our prices and that is also not how we do business. We follow the requirements of the Minnesota Board of Veterinary Medicine. I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience somewhere but this was not our clinic.
