The absolute worst dealership experience of my life. Buyer BEWARE. Found a 2015 Tahoe LTZ in Pearl white that I loved. Almost signed papers & had it delivered, but thankfully I didn’t.. because of all that took place thereafter. I went to get the Tahoe & kept it overnight. The service team does not answer the phone promptly. I’ve asked to speak to a manager and they ignored me. They refused to cover my repair under warranty. I’m a disabled veteran who lives off my va money. The general manager did not respond to my email and the service manager did not return my call. I told them what was wrong with the vehicle and they charged me an outrageous diagnostic fee. So this issue cost 300 in rental 300 in towing even though I have a dealership a few miles away. I moved back to GA in December and I’ve already had to take my 2018 Ford Fusion into the shop 3 times. Now it’s in for most likely a full engine repair ( replacement ) and it’s only got a little over 22k miles on it. I’m a single mom of 3 kids and Ford isn’t helping me with a loaner car or rental. I can’t even get upper management to call me back.
