We were lucky to get an early evening table at this busy local restaurant- we have been here a couple of times before but have yet to be really impressed- this was not going to change tonight. The wine list is good and the service throughout was excellent but as before the food lets it down a bit. The New York strip was on the firm medium side of my ordered medium rare, the asparagus was great but the fries were salted beyond heart attack levels but they were changed quickly and efficiently. Been many times and the food just wasn't as good as usual. maybe someone new in the kitchen staff. will give it another try in the future
The place was easy to find, parking was easy in the garage. The restaurant was clean and organized. The staff and management were attentive and great. Food was AMAZING! We got the Trio Dip Appetizer, the table bread with oil(yum and fresh), hubby got Sirloin and Crab Cake Combo with mashed potatoes and Spinach and Mushroom sides(I think), and I got the 6 oz. filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Went for Valentine's Day. It was snowing like crazy and the roads were bad, but the food and service was fantastic.
