There were four of us for a special occasion to celebrate a new job. The appetizers were excellent-the bistro steak bites and the dip were yummy. I love their house salad with the cranberry vinagrette dressing as well. Our entrees arrived piping hot and looked wonderful. The short ribs my daughter had, the crab cakes were good but spicy, and and the scallops were very good- it was the side dishes that were not up to par this time. Seated right away even though we were early - menu is varied and has something for everyone - excellent quality, great presentation, great food - in and out in an hour at lunch.
With their new menu items, everyone in our group found something to like! I ordered the grilled tofu with vegetables.....delicious! The service was excellent, too. So nice to have a neighborhood restaurant that is easy to access, has great food, a nice atmosphere & great service. Can't ask for more than that!
My husband and I have been wanting to try StoneCreek for awhile now, and we were not dissapointed at all. The service was great, and all of the food we ordered was awesome. The sauce on the ribs was a little sweet for my husbands taste, but even that aside these were the best ribs that he ever had. Montgomery Inn is just down the street so I never would have thought we would have gotten better ribs nearby. My husband ate the whole rack off the bone with a fork.
