It was very, very good. Better It was very, very good. Better than what we expected. The risotto was the highlight.
This was not our first trip This was not our first trip to Stone Creek but it was the first time we went with other couples (10 of us total). Great atmosphere for a nice dinner out (sans kids! :) and not too loud where you couldn't converse with everyone even though we were at a large table. The food is fantastic. It must just be me and having It must just be me and having dinner at stonecreek! I go with a gang of girls about once every 2 months and we always have great salads and very attentive staff. My husband and myself were there on Thursday night and we invited a couple from wyoming that have never been. The restaurant was very busy; obviously, the recession hasn't hit stonecreek! Much more than a neighborhood Much more than a neighborhood bar and grill, but with the same gracious hospitality. It has an impressive appetizer menu served with flair. Drinks are generous and service is exemplary. Over all, an excellent choice for an adult oriented evening.
Made reservations several Made reservations several weeks ahead. Table was toward the front of the restaurant. Seemed more noisy there and not as private, but we still had a great dinner and a great night. Awesome dessert.
Our service was good. Our Our service was good. Our appetizer (tuna) was very special. We both had the NY Strip and the sauces were very rich and interesting. The quality of the meat was sub-par. It was nice that the baked potatoes were not huge, but just the right size. Over all, it was a nice evening.
My 1st Time This was my 1st time at this restaurant, & I really enjoyed it. I had the sea scallops special with risotto & caesar salad. It was very good! Can't wait to try the other one in West Chester!
