The chicken scallopine was great as usual. I always order it. The waitress made suggestions and recommendations when asked by others. The filet was served with a crumbled cheese topping which was unexpected and not to the liking of my fellow diner. It would be a nice addition for those who enjoy that type of compliment, but it doesn't note it on the menu, so be aware. Appetizer was forgotten but waitress apologized and didn't charge. The food was a little heavy for what we are used to eating, which is, perhaps, why we did not finish our meals. I ordered the horseradish sirloin which was very good, but a little over seasoned. The service was prompt and friendly. The wine list had some great selections as well as some not so great ones, but I am glad they gave the option of not spending a fortune on drinks for dinner. This was our second time at the restaurant and overall it was very good, but not as good as our first experience. They were busier and service dropped off a little.
The food was outstanding. We ordered a vegetarian dish and a seafood dish that were both the best we had ever had. The service was a little lacking for how many empty tables were in the restaurant, but I think it was just our server. We would definitely recommend it!
