Food was delicious as expected. Server was fun and friendly. We just could not figure out why the experience took three hours. Granted, we had a party of eight, but that still seems lengthy.
Our waitress was not pleasant , acted like she wanted to be anywhere else but at work. Bread tasted like day old, cold on the inside. Chicken Parmesan was over cooked/chared. We are a rewards member never have been this disappointed in meal & service before. Always had consistent experience
