The food was awesome and service excellent. A little pricy but worth the money.
As always, great food and service. Only downside was confusion at reception as to where to seat us, and when. We arrived at time of reservation and waited 10-15 minutes and were seated in bar, after walk-ins had been seated. Bar was noisy and not conducive to conversation. Sadly, the noise was created primarily by the bartender.....loud voice, and I mean LOUD.....and kept dropping things.....must have broken 3-4 glasses that night...! Won't deter us from going back....we'll just make sure we don't sit in the bar...
A great experience. I had taken my wife to Stony Creek for the first time just the week before. I had been there several times before and always enjoyed it. Ny wife thoroughly enjoyed it (as did I, again). Then, when I surprised her by deciding to take her there again so soon for Valentine's Day, she was just thrilled. My wife and I always enjoy dining at Stone Creek. The food is great and service is as well. It's our favorite place in Plainfield and offers a variety of dishes on the menu--anything from Burgers to Steak and everything in between. Be sure to save room for dessert! I LOVE the creme brulee!
