7/26/14 Dining Experience Made reservatios for 2 which changed to 3 at last minute. Hostesses found us a table right away. Waitress was prompt, courteous & efficient. Food was delicious, servied hot & attractive plating. Would recommend to friends.
We love this restaraunt This is the best restaraunt in Plainfield or possibly even the west side of indy.
Excellent! Truly enjoyed our dinner at stone creek. Make a reservation on weekends and with groups, but service is always wonderful. We had an especially pleasant and professional server this time, but always excellent.
One of our faves!! Stone Creek in Plainfield, Indiana never fails us. Their servers are the best: well trained and friendly. The food is always great. This is one of only two places that we go to in Plainfield, because we KNOW it will be a wonderful experience.
Good place for a good meal. I've been to several of their restaurants and have enjoyed each one. They have the best bread in town!
IU Grad Dinner After a tough traveling day, Stone Creek was a welcome dinner spot for our party of 7. The night before my daughter's graduation from IU, excellent service, food, and wine made the evening wonderful and fun. The food and ambience were delicious!! Conveniently located within minutes of Indie airport, but with a sophisticated feel unusual for a suburban restaurant.
Quaint little place We took my husband to Stone Creek for Father's day. It was a beautiful day so we asked to sit outside. It was peaceful and the service was great. The food was delicious, although the menu could have stated that the Campfire Pasta was spicy. It was almost too spicy for our son but then he doesn't like real spicy food.
Wonderful Find We were traveling from Cleveland to St. Louis with an overnight in Palinfield. We found Stone Creek on the Best Western Atrea Airport inn and Suite's web site. It was listed as a nearby restaurant to try. What a great place. The look, the atmosphere, the service and the food were all excellent. On top of it, we happened to come on Monday-half-price-wine night. We were so pleased that on our way back from St. Louis on Thursday, we came for dinner again. It's just a great place.
This a place I have eaten many times. The food is always predictably good and the service is friendly and efficient. The only down side is the menu is also predictable--I don't think it has substantially changed since its inception. If you don't like some spice in your dishes, this may not be the place for you.
