Pretzel appetizer- the Pretzels were cold in the middle and cheese was lukewarm at best. Waiter told manager so he was aware of the situation. I told him we didn't want another order so the were taken of my bill. House salad with entree. I have ordered this many time and it was good. However, there were more sprouts than lettuce on my plate and definitely not worth $7. Sirloin ordered medium rare came out medium well ti well done. Two of our steaks were tough, all were over seasoned. The risotto wasn't seasoned at all, there was two to three pieces of lobster in it all together and the rice wasn't cooked fully. The water was warm. The only thing we enjoyed what the bread and oil, and the French onion soup
Typically we go to this restaurant often and have a great experience all around. Sadly, we decided not to complete our dining experience at this location, on this date, due to the disappointing treatment we received from the seating host, in conjunction with the bartender. To date, we have not returned.
