It took forever to get our food and then when we got it the food was cold. This is the second time this has happened in 3 weeks. Hoping it gets better after bring this to the managers attention.

I mentioned it was our anniversary, but nothing said during our dinner. food came out in weird intervals. with a reservation we were sat in the bar area and seemed to be forgotten about several times. i paid $180 for 2 steaks I could have made at home. it was a very bad representation of this restaurant. we went for the soft opening and the service wasnt great, and unfortunately it just did nit get better.
The new restaurant is very pretty. The waitress was friendly, but the service was very slow. When you have to ask for water and bread and wait for other entrees, something isn’t right. Food was good-but the prices have increased. Disappointed.
Our food was over salty to the point of being gross. We were seated fast and our server was nice! But the food is not the worth the price.

I’m not sure why, but they certainly were off their game today. Until now I’ve never had a bad experience at this restaurant. We had reservations and were greeted in a friendly manner. Table was ready I for us and t We were assisted with the baby chair as well. Staff was positive and friendly as always but the kitchen fell short today. First, service was GREAT! Not the problem. We made a 12:15 reservation and arrived at noon. The restaurant was at about 40% capacity. They did not seat us until 12:15 which seemed a little odd. We ordered immediately as we had some young kids with us. It took exactly an hour for our food to arrive. For lunch that seems like a very long wait. We are frequent diners of crg restaurants and most often have a great experience. The new location is mice and a great atmosphere. The reason for the bad rating was because once seated it took an hour to get our food after ordering. The waitress was nice but did not let us know what the issue was until we inquired about it.
We had the oysters on the half shell, and they were not as cold as they should have been! The crab cake, I couldn’t taste any crab in it! Steak was just ok! Don’t think I will be returning!
I was excited to go to the new location in the mall, but left extremely disappointed after my birthday dinner. I brought my newborn baby with me and had to go back to the car to get his stroller caddy due to the restaurant not having slings for car seats anymore. Then, the shrimp was extremely weird tasting.
