Food and quality is not like it was 3 years ago

we were a party of 5 75-80 yo We had to sit at a booth-table-the booth is too low to sit comfortably. We requested a table for 5 with all chairs but your manager could not accommodate that request. It was not a busy Sunday night at your restaurant. I have been coming to Cunningham restaurants for years but would think twice about coming again -I never had that problem previously at your restaurant in Carmel or Plainfield. Also the sirloin steak I ordered was so tough that I could barely cut it.

Our waitress must have had too many tables because we rarely saw her. We were not told any of specials. Food was brought by 2 other people. She ask us one time if we needed anything, including another drink. The $33 chicken parm with bucatini had chicken that was too hard to eat and when we told her she said, “You should have told me sooner.” Waited 14 min for her to bring our cards back so we could leave.

waitress must have been new, not very attentive, baked potato not hot, just luke warm, and this is my fav restaurant, it was our anniversary, told hostess, and waitress did not acknowledge it , as she seemed busy, but not with our foursome.

Even though we had reserved a table we were seated in the bar area and could hardly hear each other because of the acoustics. We couldn't understand why we weren't seated in the back. The food was mediocre at best, we ordered the cheapest thing on the menu just to eat and leave as soon as possible. If we had been seated in the back we would have ordered more. We were there for our anniversary and it was almost ruined thanks to stone creek. We won't be back.
