Disappointing. Both my wife and I ordered Filet Medallions. The menu stated *spicy garlic shrimp, parmesan risotto, garlic toast'" The entire dish way way too spicy. We picked through the shrimp and the meat but could not eat the rice! Also the rice (risotto) was undercooked. The server offered to replace the meal but with 6 others in our party already eating, we did not have the luxury of waiting for an new meal to be prepared. Waiter forgot to give us 1/2 off the bottle of wine necessitating a follow up call. Got tipped in higher amount too. Don’t think we’re getting the extra tip back.
Reservations at 5 pm. Almost no one in the restaurant yet we were seated next to a very loud party, probably 7 or 8 people. Their waitress obviously knew some of them as she was equally loud, laughing and hugs all around. We asked to be moved but our waiter told us the only option was the bar, which we chose not to accept. I’m sure the placement was due to the convenience of the staff but we were disappointed.
