Our lender Kristen Rushing was very rude and during closing she told us to not buy the house. She wasn’t informative, she wasn’t helpful and she had little to no contact with our realtor. Worst experience ever next time if we purchase another house with First America we’re requesting a different lender regardless of incentives. Also telling our friends and family to work with other lenders not with Stone Meadow. not worth the disrespect and the headache.
Kirsten Rushing was the worse to work with, she lacks communication, updates, and professionalism. She expects you to understand her loan officer “language” and does not explain things the way that she should if she truly cared for her customers. We were just another number to her and she sure did show that. Ashleigh Faulders was the BEST. Her communication skills are phenomenal and exceed expections.
