STONE MEDOW LENDING IS HORRIBLE. As someone that use to be a loan officer they do not know what they are doing. I would never use them again. Only reason I used them is because I had too. Communicate with your client. Kristen and Megan do not know how to be proactive and their job. They are reactive and almost wait till the last minute. This experience was horrible and I truly mean that. I wish I could have gave my business to someone else due to the lack of effort on their part to get me to closing.
