I feel the practice staff not only care for me as a patient but also as one of the family. I appreciate the caring staff, including dr banta.
Very pleasant office staff - doctor's assistant very competent and pleasant - Dr. Banta explains everything in layman's terminology and makes you feel at ease. Won't hesitate to recommend this practice.
Very patient, understanding and professional.
The staff is very cheerful. The vibe is warm and inviting. Dr. Banta's assistant was very helpful with helping me see if I could get a Flash discount through the Alie' App. I did not get one but appreciated her efforts. Dr. Banta also has a gentle hand when she injects the Botox and she is very precise. I always have a very pleasant experience at your office. Thanks for asking.....
Absolutely! I struggled for years with cystic acne, after trying several different methods and dermatologists I finally found a great one! She took one look at my pictures and recommended I go on Accutane. Hands down the best decision I ever made. Her staff patiently answered all of my questions. Post Accutane, I decided to maintain my skin with in office peels, Diamond Glows and SkinMedica/Elta MD products. Overall everything was pleasant and Susan was excellent on explaining things to a "newbie". My only issue, and it is really a small issue, I felt Dr. Banta was a little aloof. I felt she talked over me, not to me. I was nervous about the spots on my face and left feeling more so. I guess I was looking for a little better "bedside manner".
Staff is always very pleasant
Very caring, listen to patients concerns and questions. I feel comfortable with the procedure I receive. Dr. Banta seems she cares about her patients. The stuff is very friendly and attentive.
