I love a good challenge. We worked together on purchasing a beautiful waterfront home. This was for sale by owner. The seller's husband had recently passed and it was a bit emotional leaving this home after so many memories. We had legalities to work through on the Family Trust agreement along with a government VA loan with a non-borrowing spouse. Definitely more issues to work through than most purchase transactions. Todd was great in helping me jump through all of the hoops to get a USDA loan even while being a contract worker for under 2 years! We did have to ask for a couple extensions, just because a USDA loan takes a little longer to process. However the second time around Todd fought for my best interests to the end as well as Washington Trust Bank! I would confidently recommend Todd to everyone!
