Todd was absolutely amazing!!!! He was available to answer all my questions...nights, weekends, whenever! He made the whole transaction as smooth and stress-free as I could have hoped for. He even made a trip into my work to pick up documents from me when it wasn't convenient for me to come to him. Todd was amazing to work with. We live in another state and in another time zone. All things that could be difficult to get good service, however it felt like Todd was in the room with us. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We never felt like he wasn't working on our loan. Not only that, a week before the loan was to close, we requested to close a few days early if possible and he made it happen. We've bought 7 houses and this has truly been the best experience dealing with a lender.
I was initially unsure of the process of buying a home in another state: However once I was introduced to Todd, by my realtor, every process along the way was seamless, timely & uncomplicated.
Was very kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. Anytime we had a question he was quick to respond and provide us with answers. He made what is usually a stressful process move quickly and easily.
My wife and I wanted to move to Spokane from Seattle. We had been planning this for some time, but were not sure what the order that things needed to be done was. Todd is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He responded immediately and went out of his way to meet us at locations that were convenient for us. We shopped around for lenders and Todd made recommendations that were very beneficial to us that other lenders did not.
