Awesome Customer Service Tim went above and beyond to assist us with our recent repair! He really took the time to understand my schedule when making my appointment. Limiting the amount of time I would be without my Suburban. Greeted us with smiles and instead of just taking the keys and saying I’ll call you when it’s done, he took the time to walk through all of our concerns. Our vehicle was only in the shop 1 day and we are thrilled with the outcome!
Amazing customer svc; Great attention to details. My service rep. Greg was wonderful. Gave me good advice and didn't try sell me things I did not need. He was timely, kept me informed. The shuttle drivers were friendly and courteous.
