Chevrolet Trax Service advisors are excellent and very helpful. Technician could not duplicate problem and could not repair or give options for using a Galaxy 8 from steering wheel controls. Technician stated, iPhone works fine from steering wheel controls.

Transmission woes Having transmission issues on my Silverado. Service advisor and Technician did thorough diagnostic and dug in to find a tech service bulletin that addressed my problems. They got me a loaner to drive and sent me on my way. Repairs done quickly and so far, problem appears to be taken care of.

Chevrolet Recall Took 2014 Chevrolet Silverado in for a Power Steering assist recall. Ryan Knowles (Rhino) made my appointment the day before and got me in quickly. Super knowledgeable on recall and informed that it was just a software update. I was in and out in 1-1/2 hours including a free exterior truck wash! Overall experience was very pleasant and easy!
Great service The battery on my vehicle died and I called Stonebriar Chevy. I was greeted by Ryan McGrath who told me to come in as soon as possible. When I arrived I was greeted by Austin. Both advisors took great care of me.
Quick repair Service department had friendly personnel. Problem was found and repaired quickly. Facility was clean with several areas to wait and a nice children’s play area.
