Inspection and a Recall We were told that they did the recall before the inspection and it reset the computer. This caused the Texas Clean Act to require x amount of miles anon the computer but the computer had been reset to 0 and so it failed emmisions. So after several days it was still failing so that's when Greg got us a loaner. At the end of it all, nothing was wrong with our car but this state machine was on error. This was obviously stressful but Greg did all he could to keep us informed.
Outstanding visit My sale person John Frigon did a great job, when arrived he had samples of SUV’s I wanted to look at plus pricing. We drove each model and after some review John helped me select the vehicle and we are enjoying that vehicle. John listen and did what he said was going to do. This is my second purchase with a John.

Recall on steering program, and idle issue Their loaner program enhances the quality of service so don't have to worry about repair time needed. I recieved my vehicle cleaner than I dropped it off.

Exceptional Buying Experience My wife and I bought a Traverse on Saturday, this was by far the best Buying experience I have ever had. It started with Jack Drulard who is a phenomenal Sales Professional, very knowledgeable on the Chevy Brand. Once we had the numbers worked out he handed us off to Tyler Binion who went over on the financing as well as the extra warranties. Tyler did not try to oversell us on warranties that we did not need. They are both top notch and make a the car buying experience very enjoyable
