Manny My car was towed to the dealership due a bad tire. My service advisor greeted me and had a tech try to repair the tire but it was not repairable so he told me the tire had to be ordered. They price match discount tire price put me a loaner . So next day I was called to come pick up my car
Tolson Great service department and staff to deal with. Always easy to deal with. Kept me posted on repair and prompt on time the repair would be completed.

Excellent salesman provided no pressure presentatw Excellent salesman provided no pressure presentation of the vehicles we were interested in. Answered all our questions and provided helpful information and was easy to make the final price agreement without difficulties.
Inspection and a Recall We were told that they did the recall before the inspection and it reset the computer. This caused the Texas Clean Act to require x amount of miles anon the computer but the computer had been reset to 0 and so it failed emmisions. So after several days it was still failing so that's when Greg got us a loaner. At the end of it all, nothing was wrong with our car but this state machine was on error. This was obviously stressful but Greg did all he could to keep us informed.
Outstanding visit My sale person John Frigon did a great job, when arrived he had samples of SUV’s I wanted to look at plus pricing. We drove each model and after some review John helped me select the vehicle and we are enjoying that vehicle. John listen and did what he said was going to do. This is my second purchase with a John.
