Professional, polite, competent, and on time For the first time I just went to Stonebriar Chevrolet last week. There was recall issue with my car. I called Stonebriar to see if I could come in. AJ answered in person, no voicemail required - real person. He checked the recall using my VIN and set up my appointment. Great Customer Care Ryan K listened to my concerns, Service Team thoroughly looked at my car and when all was done I got it back newly washed and vacuumed. This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Stonebriar and I'll be going back when it's time for a 3rd.

Engine light Maria the service advisor went above and beyond to get my Equinox back on the road. Not only did she take my vehicle in at the end of the day on s Friday,she got me a comp car for the weekend. The car was fix by early Monday morning. She also noticed that the vehicle was not clean and she personally took the vehicle for a wash and vacuum. The best thing was very little waiting . This is what quality service is about.
