Getting better every visit The service department has changed drastically. The service was done timely and correctly. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and this is very different from my first service after buying my truck. Apparently management has listened and changes have been made because my last two service experiences have been fantastic!

My time is valuable too - don't waste it When picking up my vehicle from being serviced, the cashier should have my keys and paper work. So I can promptly get my vehicle and be on my way. Especially for a ticket that has $0.00 charges. If I have any questions regarding the work, I will request a service writer to explain. Having to go to the service department; wait on the next available writer to get my keys and paperwork and escort back to the cashier is a waste of time for all.
