Great Experience with Jessica Robison Overall, this was an above average experience. I have the perception that if this sale were handled start to finish by salesperson Jessica Robison, it would have been outstanding. She was amazing! I am a very choosy, tentative, anxious buyer. Wonderful experience This was absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. My salesman Daniel Bunch was awesome throughout the entire buying process. The financing department was great, and I didn't have to spend 1/2 of a day there. Facilities were excellent, and the entire staff was first class. They have a customer for life!

My time is valuable too - don't waste it When picking up my vehicle from being serviced, the cashier should have my keys and paper work. So I can promptly get my vehicle and be on my way. Especially for a ticket that has $0.00 charges. If I have any questions regarding the work, I will request a service writer to explain. Having to go to the service department; wait on the next available writer to get my keys and paperwork and escort back to the cashier is a waste of time for all.
