I have nothing bad to say about Stonebridge, except the damn geese are mean! The leasing staff are always polite and helpful. I've put in two maintenance orders for very small things and had them fix the same day. It's not loud nor trashed up is night security which is good piece of mind. I read the reviews before signing my lease and realize a lot of ppl will bash a place simply because they can't afford it, or expect a brand new apartment. For the price it's a great deal, the location is perfect!
My experience Living at Stonebridge Crossing Apartments, owned by IRT living has been a constant disappointment. Over my time living here I have dealt with numerous unresolved maintenance issues, appliances not working, that take months to be fixed, pests issues that are left unresolved. One of the most upsetting parts has been the leasing companies lack of care for the elderly and tenant complaints. They never answer the phone. Ever, I dont know who the manager is but its been like this since the early 2000s. All they do is hang out together in the office and watch the phone ring. Laughing.
I had a tour scheduled for a certain day and they canceled it an hour before it because of "staffing issues." mind you, i lived over 4 hours at the time and scheduled all my tours on this day. after this, they never reached back out to me either. ghosted by an apartment complex is crazy.
Awful management. They will submit fraudulent income to get you approved then show you a broken gate, unkept landscape, people loitering everywhere. Mold in apartments stated from current residence. Another apartment completely flooded. They dodge his issue as well. Avoid this place at all cost
