DO NOT RENT HERE My ceiling has been leaking for over a month now. I have put in multiple maintenance requests, emailed multiple times to property management was told I need a new unit and here we are two weeks later and still nothing. Black mold on the ceiling leaking from multiple places I barely have access to my bathroom and washer/dryer units. Do not rent here!
The customer service at Stonebridge Apartments is horrible, specifically the property manager Anna Burgess. She is very condescending and rude and does not care about the well being of the tenants who live there. She is not accommodating, respectful, nor helpful. I would not advise to place your money or your stay at this apartment complex.
The maintenance comes by in a timely manner. However, when living there we had a huge problem with pest control. We had them come out to the apartment mutual times and that did not help. When moving we found the roaches were laying eggs. Wouldn't recommend
This is the worst place I've ever lived in my life. Management is very rude. Whenever there is a complaint made, management says they will give you a call to follow up, but that never happens. The trash bins are always overflowing. They've recently implemented a trash system where you leave your trash beside your door and they will pick it up. That went well for a week. I have put in requests for the AC not working. I pay almost $200 a month to attempt at cooling a 2 bedroom apartment. Friends of mine whom own homes much larger pay way less. My AC has not stopped running for over 2 days & it is over 75 degrees in my apartment. I was hesitant about moving in after my girlfriend had so many issues with her AC. Horrible apartment complex!!!! My mother lives here and has had an awful experience. No full-time security service on the property. Both the front and back gates do not work properly. The front gate closed too soon on a vehicle, as it came through and ripped the entire bumper off. Strangers that don't live in the complex are always roaming around. i have lived here 5 years but in the past 6 months my dish washer has not worked my ac unit leaks which has caused mold on my trim and dry wall falling down because of this they have said many times we will fix this and they don't the customer service is horrible the asst manger informed me that non of those issues were her problem wow yeah if you are thinking about moving here don't the only care about new clients and not taking care of ones they have at all and again 6 months and i cant even get a dishwasher fixed but they... read more
I had a fire in my apartment at the beginning of April because the oven was not maintained. After 30 days they have not yet repaired it and they are trying to charge me for the repairs on their faulty appliance. They don't even have fire extinguishers for when their equipment goes up in flames. Stop, drop and roll if you were thinking of signing a lease here
Office staff rarely answers phones and usually doesn't call back when you leave a message. Twice I've been to the office during regular business hours and it was closed for meetings etc. It's difficult to get in touch with anyone if you have a problem with an appliance. Apartments are decent BUT poorly painted and have numerous dents and cracks in the walls. When you move out, they will nickel and dime the deposit from you.
