Still a zero. Wanted to clarify that the doctor, who hadn't met child yet but hs been prescribing her meds, gave her long acting Haldol! 28 day dose! One of the reasons her personal doctors and parents kept trying to get a hold of her doctor, nurses, anyone who would take the information... Is that my daughter has had severe negative reactions and Tardive dyskinesia from Haldol. We now consider it a medication she is allergic to. ! Worse than Havenwyck. I went to this facility as an adolescent twice in November of 2019 and the beginning of this year. Although most of the staff are ok, most of the nurses and head psychologist are horrible. The nurses usually ignore you and hide away when you need something. The head psychologist barely listened to me and just brushed me off like I was incompetent. The food for the most part was nasty, but I did like the salad bar. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. The staff were very rude and condescending to the patients. You could never find a nurse when you needed one they hid in the nurses station. I have never been so disrespected in my life, at honestly the most vulnerable time I have ever experienced, The doctor is a bully going around to patients telling them they will be there "60 days" if they don't agree or ask questions. There is nothing about patient centered care in this place!!! Do not go here!!

There are some really good people who work here so I give them credit but overall, a terrible unorganized place. The staff does not communicate with each other about patients needs being met. The stay was extremely stressful due to some of the patients bring extremely loud and having melt downs through out the day and in the middle of the night, and some of the staff are rude and careless with the patients. A relative was there. He signed his property in when he entered. He went to leave and his wallet was empty. His state ID, Social Security card, ATM card, cell phone, money and apartment keys were all missing. He is now suicidal. They did not want him to call police to make a report and they refused to let him use the phone to call police. Do not go there. We have no answers. We just want his ID, SS and insurance cards back. MHA This job gives you a 50/50 chance of survival from the begining the old staff are all on a side of their own this includes the CFO LPN MHA and HR it only take one to dislike you for Example a nurse don't like you now the nurse is talking about you with other staff and doing things like writing you up for false things and just causing all type of problems next they tell a upper management friend like the CFO and they start coming on the floor to start problems for you next you find yourself back and forth in HR with the ... read more
