Repair XM My XM radio went out and I missed it! Sandra was very attentive and helpful. Only complaint was the air conditioning was out on the first day I was there (August 21) and I had to wait 3 hours for the diagnosis. Management could have provided a fan for customers waiting.
Good sale's experience All parties involved in this sale were respectful to our concerns and answered our questions directly. We were not pressured into making a decision to purchase, Our. Salesperson remained with us until all aspects of the sale was completed which were longer than expected.
