"Wonderful. Excellent service." Excellent service. Chris was very honest in his assessment of the problem with my car. He could have misdiagnosed it and charged me an arm and leg for the service.
"Amazing Service" Awesome customer service! Cost for services are pricey$$$ when picked up my vehicle the BSM service light popped up and this was not the case before vehicle was serviced

"SERVICE DEPARTMENT VISITS" The service is great and service advisers are always nice and friendly. There are 3 service personnel that I have worked (see below) that have always gone out of their way to ensure that my issues were resolved in a timely manner each time I brought my vehicle in for service. Special thanks to Cheryl, Chris, and Thang for always making my visits a pleasant one! LJ
"Almost satisfied " I would give 5 stars, but there were black oil marks left on the floor in my car. I was not happy about that. There should have been plastic put down so my floor mats wouldn’t get dirty. Other than that, the service was great.
"In and Out w PPP (Personable, Professionalism & Proficiency)" Over all great experience even with unexpected but necessary service. Chris did a great job engaging in a meaningful conversation with my granddaughter, Trinity which made her happy. She didn’t feel invisible. Happy kids equal happy parents. Parents tend to return to places that make happy memories. I could drive a few extra miles for less expensive service but, I think I will come back for my next service.

"Easy purchase" I purchased a Honda hrv and the experience was a positive one. One small math error when they double quoted the $699 fee but we worked through that. Suggestion. If you want people to answer the survey there doesn’t need to be a minimum word limits.
"Tire repair" Very friendly and efficient staff!! I don't trust everyone with my car. I have never been disappointed with sales or service!!! Highly recommend!! They always fit me into the schedule and are super courteous...these people need raises!! Thanks Honda conyers!!!
