"water pump kit/installation" made appt for this service and was promptly signed in, waited in customer waiting for it,. tech jonathan thomas was very helpful in advising the service that was due for my car. I would say the service was very good
"Great great service. " I went to get an oil change as a walk in. Was greeted by the staff with a smile as always. I went across the street for pizza to kill time and after 15 mins of getting back, my vehicle was ready. Kat really took care of me. All the employees in service always provide great service. This was my first time dealing with Kat and see was awesome. I love this dealership and i refuse to take my car anywhere else. Great great staff
"Excellent professional customer service." Once I expressed interest, I was assigned a salesman who sent me and introductory video, once I got there I wasn’t made to feel rushed or pressured to select a specific vehicle. The salesman ( Amir) was very patient as we viewed and test-drove different models. The manager also checked on us repeatedly to ensure our experience was a positive one. Amir is so respectful.
