"Routine oil change" Everything was quick and efficient . The customer service rep was friendly and pleasant. The waiting room was comfortable and accomodating. Checkout went as smooth as possible.
"Started slow, then...Great!" First advisor told me it was going to cost $59. I didn't expect to pay anything as I was told during my finance signing I didn't have to worry about maintenance. He went to investigate. Thang Hoang then met with me and determined I had purchased a maintenance package. Computer system not up to date? When Mr. Hoang took over he kept me completely up to date. "Very good" My first service visit with our cr-v was everything a customer expects in a service dept.. I was greeted by John Planer service adviser who assured me he would take care of our Honda, mind you I'm disable and this the type of service I appreciate ,want to really thank this young man for being a outstanding customer advisor.

"Amazing customer service " Sandra is my service advisor and she is wondering. She listens to everything I have to say and she keeps me informed of what the technicians are doing. I never have a problem getting a loaner while I’m there.
