"Great Customer Service" I had a very satisfying experience during my process. Everyone was very knowledgeable and the customer service was great. I agree with another reviewer that there was a lot of paperwork but, it was necessary and worth it.
"Good service" The Customer service and overall service was good. Process was quick! And i am satisfied with the work that was done to my car. Only thing i would suggest is that the workers that are sitting and not working with someone can also greet the customers coming in as well. Even though you are not working with them it is always nice to be acknowledged
"Always great" Service never takes too long. I'm always greeted by my friendly service advisor who helps keep me in the know about the services needed, requested, and actually done.
"Great Place to buy a quality car." Everyone was pleasant to work with. Only thing is a LOT of paperwork. But, I know it was all necessary. Our Sales person Eboni was an excellent person to deal with, went out of her way to make sure we understood everything, and even though I am almost completely deaf, she took time to make sure I was happy with every step of the process.
"Service for A1 and oil change" I think the man's name was Tang that helped me. He was very helpful and wonderful!! When my car was finished, I was already at work just down the road from the dealership so he took my payment over the phone and brought my car to me. Such an amazing help!! Great Customer Service!!!
"Regular Service " It's always a pleasure getting my card service at this dealership. Staff are friendly and courteous and always upfront with customers. I always feel the difference in my vehicle after a service
"Outstanding service!" I would Greatly recommend this dealership. Mr. Watson in finance and EJ in sales, were excellent to work with. They made sure that I received the best deal that I could possibly get.
"Awesome and thorough" Sales person and the whole staff was awesome during the whole purchase process! Can’t thank Honda Conyers enough! We love the Pilot! If you get a chance ask for Anthony Crawford. He was our salesman and did an outstanding job!
