Destiny is incredible and made my move to Stonegate possible. I had to move across the country quickly, and she went out of her way to make sure that I was able to get an apartment and get moved in with the timeline I needed. There were issues (not her fault - from the remote office) with my original apartment lease, and she went above and beyond in getting this sorted out and making it right. She is great! Thank you for everything, Destiny!
Destiny was the greatest. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and answered all questions with sincerity. I was able to secure a newly renovated unit at a reasonable price. The community was neatly kept and the grounds were immaculate. Highly recommended to anyone considering this place as home.
Stone gate had a lot of work to be done and ever since Ms Monya got here everything has been getting fixed the proper way so a huge shout out to Ms monya for stepping up to better our homes!
We’ve had nothing but problems since the day we moved in. First the new refrigerator they put in the day I moved in didn’t fit the space and wouldn’t open all the way and took 4 days to get a replacement. Second, the day after we moved in our ceiling in our bathroom started leaking due to a pipe running to a toilet upstairs. Third, our A/C went out within three days of us moving in. The apartment is very nice but the maintenance has been half-assed.
Destiny was a very big help && she helpped me get my rent back on track. She actually making things at this apartment complex happening and running like it suppose to && fixing stuff that other management left hanging. Again thank you Destiny and maintenance men.
