Originally signed a lease for an apartment and found out when I went to setup utilities they leased it to someone else. Then when I called about it they decided to put me in a different apartment that was supposedly ready. Moved in to the apartment and it was never cleaned after the previous tenant moved out. After assuring me that they will clean the alarm and finish getting it ready they decided to only paint underneath the cabinet in the bathroom and the sill of the entrance. Kitchen was never cleaned. Stone gate had a lot of work to be done and ever since Ms Monya got here everything has been getting fixed the proper way so a huge shout out to Ms monya for stepping up to better our homes!
Destiny is incredible and made my move to Stonegate possible. I had to move across the country quickly, and she went out of her way to make sure that I was able to get an apartment and get moved in with the timeline I needed. There were issues (not her fault - from the remote office) with my original apartment lease, and she went above and beyond in getting this sorted out and making it right. She is great! Thank you for everything, Destiny!
My favorite place pool is always clean the tenants are family here. Ms. Keisha keeps everyone in line.
Destiny was the greatest. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and answered all questions with sincerity. I was able to secure a newly renovated unit at a reasonable price. The community was neatly kept and the grounds were immaculate. Highly recommended to anyone considering this place as home.
