Originally signed a lease for an apartment and found out when I went to setup utilities they leased it to someone else. Then when I called about it they decided to put me in a different apartment that was supposedly ready. Moved in to the apartment and it was never cleaned after the previous tenant moved out. After assuring me that they will clean the alarm and finish getting it ready they decided to only paint underneath the cabinet in the bathroom and the sill of the entrance. Kitchen was never cleaned. when i first moved here things were not functional. these past few months has been the best months. the new manager ms jessica has changed this place its getting better and better. she is very helpful and also doesnt play with the resident. shes always here unlike the other manager. shes a blessing here for everyone
Absolutely the most disgusting awful place I've had to live and no one who works there cares. We've had a hole in our bathroom ceiling since August. It's almost the end of November and nothing has been done. We have had nothing but problems since moving in with black mold, roaches, loose dogs, trash everywhere, the buildings are all falling apart, ac doesn't work, wiring in the apartments is so bad it has fried our electronics and appliances, there is no working smoke detector in our unit, etc.
Stone gate had a lot of work to be done and ever since Ms Monya got here everything has been getting fixed the proper way so a huge shout out to Ms monya for stepping up to better our homes!
Very fast with fixing things and understanding! Love it back here!
