Some areas in... (Verified Renter) Some areas in the complex is looking bad with grass and plants. Around the pool area they do a great job but other areas the grass is none or very thin which makes the community look bad.

I would because... (Verified Renter) I would because it is safe, the grounds are nicely maintained. It is a quiet community without a lot of kids running around . It is very close to downtown, so you can walk there. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and the neighbours we have met are all friendly.

The complex is safe, in a great location to downtown Grapevine and the rest of the metroplex, and an overall great place to live. Staff is always prompt to respond and maintenance needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

The gym equipment... (Verified Renter) The gym equipment is a treasure. The maintenance and up keep is great! I feel safe in my apartment. Location to shopping is a bonus. The front desk staff are very kind and professional. We haven't visited the pool yet but looking forward to it when the weather permits.
