The apartment finishes... (Verified Renter) The apartment finishes are beautiful. The complex grounds were impeccable and the complex itself is amazing.
It's a well... (Verified Renter) It's a well designed complex with nice finishing touches inside the apartments. The complex is not too large and with a gated entry, it provides the appearance of safety.
Service and maintenance... (Verified Renter) Service and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and grounds are always kept very clean and neat. I would certainly recommend this apartment community.
Great location Really nice property in a great location. The pool is awesome however all of grapevine uses it. Everyone knows the gate code and management does not regulate it. Gets really crowded.
The maintenance team... (Verified Renter) The maintenance team is one of the best things about Stone Ledge. Even when I mark it a low priority, they get it done in 24 hours.

The grounds are... (Verified Renter) The grounds are maintained nicely, the location is good, all the staff are nice and all the residence are courtesy, etc. Overall for rental home this has been a great experience for me.

I still think... (Verified Renter) I still think we have excellent staff and well-kept properties. There are just some technical issues that seem to cause problems, mostly with cable TV access.
Interior of the... (Verified Renter) Interior of the apartments are great and the amenities are nice. Generally there aren't issues between residents. Negatives are that the maintenance of the complex is declining, pet waste issues are becoming worse, and residents may not be able to park in the complex at night without paying for a covered spot or a garage.
Everything is great.... (Verified Renter) Everything is great. For the price, I'd like a garage however. I would also like to get a pet. A non-refundable pet deposit is unheard of...
