The work done by the installer was great. And Pete brought a super personality and friendly attitude to the job. The quality of the acrylic bath tub and wall is great, as are the soap caddies and grab bars. The one problem we had isn't really on Total Remodeling Systems, it is on two of their material providers, BCI?-- they got the order wrong and Pete had to run out and buy the right color grab bar (BCI had mixed and matched one grab bar finish that we ordered and one wild card!) Everyone at Total Remodeling Systems, LLC was professional and friendly, and I felt that they really listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my deck and any concerns I had. Nic Davis was very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed talking with him. Special shout out to Project Manager Joe Zovak, who immediately stepped in and got the job done quickly when I feared that the project wasn't going to be completed before the Thanksgiving holiday. My wife and I wanted a quality job for a sunroom and new deck to suit our retired lifestyle. And that is what we received. We would highly recommend recommend Total Remodeling Systems to our friends and family.
Hiring this company has been a huge regret. I hate writing bad reviews for companies but there is no way that we can say anything positive. Once you sign the contract, you are hosed. We hired them to do install a Louvered Pergola on our deck. We signed the contract on June 7, 2025 with their salesperson Bart, which said they were expired in installation these. After a deposit was taken, we were completely forgotten about. Whenthey finally did the work, they did not finish and after weeks of waiting, we decided to do the finish work ourselves. Do not use this company!!!!
