They keep spamming my phone.
I found the place very disorganized and what they promised, they did not deliver on time. They did not use their own people, they hired a third party to do the job. Their responsiveness seemed neglectful of my concerns. And in terms of warranty, what they told me and what I got was not the same, they told me 10 year, but then only gave me two for the structure. Thanks for the feedback on the project. We did experience a couple of delays; weather and our supplier stopped carrying the product choice for the deck boards unbeknown to us. It did take us a couple of weeks to source the materials due to Covid-19; a portion of our suppliers closed due to the virus. Bart S. was our sales, excellent with suggestions and communication during sales process and getting us signed. We signed in June, project did not start til a week before Thanksgiving, it is 1/16 and project is yet to be finished. Schedule of payments are large chunks, and they will bug you for payment. The top hinge on my glass room door failed 6 months after TRS built my all glass Four Seasons Sunroom. I started calling TRS every couple of months to get it fixed. One year, I called Four Seasons Corporate offices. They responded immediately and had TRS call me. It has now been 2 1/2 years with an unhinged door, and I still cannot get anyone to fix or replace it! TRS talks a good game, but I would not trust them to build a doghouse! They refuse to stand behind their work.

We are coming up on a year and our sunroom still isn?t finished although they have requested final payment. It?s all about the money to these guys. They have lied to us so many times it?s unbelievable. When they do communicate their follow through is unfortunately absent. These guys built our deck and installed the LifeRoom on it to create our sunroom. They measured wrong and never corrected the problem. if you want people that will lie to you and perform slipshod work these are the guys for you. The caulking had a million leaks even after I called them back. During the sales pitch they were bragging about how the had so much experience sealing windows and doors. It turns out their experience is doing a terrible job. Also, they showed up with cheaper doors than what we had agreed on. If you hire them expect to complain, complain and complain.
A HALF A STAR IS FAR TOO GENEROUS, BUT NO STARS IS NOT AN OPTION... We knew we would have trouble obtaining a permit for this project, and made it CRYSTAL CLEAR at the first meeting that we didn't think a permit would be possible. The sales person advised us that they have a perfect track record and 100% success rate in working in "creative ways" with the county permitting office.
