I've never left a review before for anything but felt compelled to it for this experience. During the sales process everything went well. When the representative came to the house to measure there was obviously some miscommunication. We thought we were ordering trim that would match the color of our flooring, but when the installers showed up, the only option we were given was white. We had new flooring (tinyl and luxury vinyl) as well as our fireplace redesigned with tile. Natalie guided us through the selection and design process and we are so happy with the results. Mike , the installers, and other store representatives were all great to work with; we plan to continue to work with Stoneridge to complete our project.
Stoneridge Flooring company did an amazing job installing the carpeting in my basement and the laminated wood flooring in my upstairs. All their installers were very professional and very friendly. Met Terri at the SBA Home Show. From there, a person came out to measure and answer questions. He was much more pleasant and knowledgeable than the person sent by another local carpet company. Then the installers came. They were all very pleasant and professional. I was blown away by how fast they could do an entire walkout basement home (half the upstairs is tile/hardwood).
