We have had had carpet as well as Laminate flooring installed by this company several times with no problems. However, the last laminate flooring installed has failed by my desk and I filed a complaint with the store. They informed me they would send the complaint to the manufacturer. I have never heard from the manufacturer and the store has failed to offer any assistance or help in correcting the situation even though I have left over product to replace the damaged product.
Stoneridge was contacted to arrange for carpet stretching. They quoted me a minimum price of $125 which I agreed to. The gentleman who did the work said it was a small job and would be $125. When I received the bill it was $150 plus a $3 miscellaneous charge. When I contacted Becky about this she said they paid the worker $125 and charged an extra $25 for the store. She did not tell me this when I first spoke to her and offered no apology for charging more than the price I was quoted.
Our biggest problem is the lack of customer service after we paid. The step into the shower tilts toward the floor and water runs onto the flooring while showering. We were promised that scratched wood flooring would be replaced. Some that were pointed out and promised were not. In addition, many scratches were camouflaged and the stuff is rubbing off on our slippers and the scratches are starting to show. Very surprised and disappointed by the rudeness of the staff after we paid.
