I've been a customer last few months and I must say this facility after speaking to several other storage facilities I quickly decided on Storage Outlet in Bellflower because not only was the staff Nicole & Maria very helpful and just overall provided excellent customer service. I have not had any complaints or issues using this storage. Clean well lite and lots of cameras just an overall great place to store your belongings.

I am truly happy with their services. I've had a storage unit for about a year. This place was recommended by a friend and I can truly say I've had nothing but good experiences here. The manager Maria is always so kind and very helpful. Customer service is an A+. This location is well secured with security cameras and with employees patrolling the yard. I have recommended this location to friends & family.

Didn't have the space I pre booked online but at least I got a discount on 1st month didn't know it would go up after. For sure they are a good deal in $ per space vs many places and the location is nice not to much traffic. Would consider getting a few more spaces maybe containers
