Positive: It's gated & clean. It serves its purpose as a standard storage facility. Negative: Rent has increased 4 times in 2 years. My first unit was my mom's who had been storing her stuff for years. After she got sick & when I went in, there was rat feces EVERYWHERE!! Hardly anything was salvageable. RV dump station area is always occupied by non RV owners washing their limos , trucks , cars , school buses etc , I now have to empty my black and gray tanks elsewhere, it's rare when dump station is available.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The area is designated for deposing of RV waste as well as washing vehicles. If another vehicle is taking up space and preventing an RV owner from using the dump station, we ask that the vehicle make room for the RV. If other vehicles are not respecting RV owners' need to use the dump station, please alert the managers on site and they will enforce this policy. We apologize for any inconvenience and will work to make sure any issues do not persist.
My large unit has been broken into TWICE this year. My stored goods have been ransacked. Storage Outlet Bellflower needs to REWORK THEIR SECURITY & SECURITY PRACTICES. They only offer an apology but I believe the community of customers here need to demand more action. 1. No more folk loitering and lingering in this large facility or using this facility as an external garage where shop work or car work can be continued. Thank you for your feedback. We take our security very seriously and are sorry to hear about your troubles. Our video surveillance is extensive and we do choose our tenants carefully. We will look into additional security measures as we make it a priority to make each of our tenants feel secure.
This is the worst costumer service I have dealt with. These people close the the office for an hour right before closing to come back and open for only an hour left of normal business hours not cool. It's not right for us to have to work around there schedule to pay our storage and get charged extra because they decide to close office for an hour right before closing of regular business operations. Update: So after completing a police report they informed us that they go to this place ALL THE TIME. Apparently all the security they have is not good enough to stop these break-in incidents. So if in doubt call the Bellflower Sheriff station and they will confirm these constant break-ins because if you ask the workers at Storage Outlet they will assure you that stuff like this does not happen LIES it does and "all the time" in the officers own words.
DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!!! MANY BREAK INS!!! I've only been renting here for 5 days and I already got broken into. They were after the truck battery and tried cutting the cord connected to the battery. They smashed our truck window to pop the hood, glass shattered everywhere. The front desk don't care or try to make the security any better. All they do is tell you to make a police report and call your insurance. This storage place sucks!! They always raise the rent , for what?! The ice machine is ALWAYS BROKEN, the power wash is always broken, and it's not like it EVER gets fixed! The only reason we're here is because we can't find anywhere for our trailer! Find somewhere else!! This place sucks!
Bad servise they don't renew my lease because I always tell the manager his doing I preferred to on other people they sleeping in the storage they do a mechanic he own car I don't recommend this bad place
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I too was burglarized here. This place is common for burglaries and staff is too incompetent to prevent any further issues with burglaries and break ins. This company does not take anything serious when it comes to security and maintaining customer loyalty. Management is negligent and lacks complete knowledge and skills on how to operate property management.
