I had my storage here for two years and in the past nine months my storage unit has been broken into twice this last time the thief took absolutely everything in my unit. There's poor communication with Maria the manager she thought I had moved out why not call to confirm They need to upgrade their camera system and need to be more vigilant about what happens in that facility, I do not recommend anyone to keep their stuff here at all.
We rented a covered space for our RV in 2018. Since that time, our catalytic converter, the RV, and almost 100% of the contents have been stolen from the yard. The first incident occurred in 2021, during the pandemic when the catalytic converter was stolen. Given supply chain issues, it was extremely difficult and stressful to find and replace the catalytic converter before we left for a cross-country trip. I've had my RV stored her for over a year, facilities are great. But it seems like every time I'm in there I hear a theft, vandalism story of some sort. Last weekend I got a call saying there had been an incident involving my RV and to come ASAP. I show up 30 mins after receiving the call to find the enclosed trailer next to my RV, had attempted to be stolen and in turn they smashed it into my RV and stole the contents inside and left the rest. PLEASE DO NOT KEEP ANYTHING VALUABLE HERE. After storing here for less than 3 months our enclosed trailer was broken into. Our kids quads and dirtbikes were all stolen from the trailer. It is currently 5 days after we were told our trailer was compromised and the storage employee informed me that she is still too busy to look through the footage to provide any information. 10k worth of stolen items- but they have other priorities. Don't look to this place for long term or secure/safe storage. Storing my RV here for almost a year and a half and they have raised my storage fees twice and my gas Scooter that was chained to my RV was stolen after the thieves cut the the fence, and dragged it through the park. No heads up for people to check their property just in case. My parents just informed me that their catalytic converter was stolen from their motor home. I am furious. This is the 2nd incident where my parents motor home has been vandalized. The first incident they had their window broken. They have no security cameras in the back and they are well aware of the situation. They need better security. The just stole my dad's RV catalytic converter and many more from RV's next to where my dad parks. It will be so expensive to replace. This is the second time my dad's RV has been vandalized. The first time they broke his RV window. The facility takes no responsibility. They need to hire full-time security, get better cameras, and make sure they keep a close eye on the facility. My parents pay a lot of money per month for a coveted space so there no excuse for this to happen. Go somewhere else.

A very dishonest place. I had agreed to come down and review a rental space for my R.V., With the Manager(Maria). I arrive to review the space with the manager and I agree to rent. As soon as I return to the office, I am told I can not rent the space since someone had just rented it. I then tell the manager, "I do not understand?, I just reviewed the location with you, and have agreed to rent it". This facility is super nice but with that being said they rent to homeless people that live in their units during the day and and I also know for a fact several units have been broken into by these homeless drug attic's one of them even burnt his own unit up which caused six other units to light on fire. I've made several complaints all to deaf ears.
